Cancellations received by DD.MM.YYYY will be reimbursed 100% of the participation fee paid.
Cancellations received between DD.MM.YYYY and DD.MM.YYYY will be refunded 50% of the participation fee paid.
Cancellations received after DD.MM.YYYY will not be refunded. The same applies if you do not attend the conference and have not cancelled in time.
